How to use the TITINdb Variant Converter

Input whitespace-separated variants in a protein, transcript, or chromosomal numbering format and select the appropriate format using the drop-down menu on the left hand side. Then, select the desired format you wish to convert these variants into, and click "Submit" to return a space-separated list of these same variants in the new format specified. Input variants should be formatted according to the following example syntax:
